EasyFoam TW90/30 folding box "System Wichmann" ® Z-19.15-1022. Fire-resistant S90 or S30 bulkheads for cable penetrations to be foamed into walls. The cable box consists of a galvanized sheet steel housing lined with fire retardant that foams up in the event of a fire. The fire barrier is functionally separated from the cold smoke seal and works independently of the seal. The functionality of the cable box is not interrupted during subsequent assignment work. The folding cable box is the innovative solution for sealing off existing cables and lines. It is delivered as a flat element and can be installed quickly without tools. Simply fold it by hand at the predetermined bending edges and assemble it around existing cables and lines to form a finished cable box. Then foam in with the EasyFoam fire protection installation foam B1. The assembly foam is a special fire protection assembly foam with high stability and easily controllable swelling behavior. The EasyFoam foam plugs are used for cold smoke sealing. They have a significantly lower density and are therefore easier and quicker to process than, for example, fire protection plugs. The cables and the housing are sealed with a permanently elastic sealant (e.g. silicone or acrylic) or with the assembly foam already mentioned. Installation in light partition walls and in solid walls from 100 mm thickness. The EasyFoam TW90/30 folding box can be 100 percent occupied. It is approved for sealing all types of cables and lines up to a diameter of 20 mm and empty plastic conduits according to DIN EN 61386 up to a diameter of 35 mm. No distances between cables, cables and empty pipes and empty pipes among themselves are necessary for assignment. In addition, the sealed cable box can be installed as a reserve bulkhead without being used. The cable box can be reassigned at any time with full functionality. The assembly takes place according to the enclosed assembly instructions or ABG Z-19.53-2444. No processor certification is required for installation.

Kabelabschottungen EasyFoam TW90/30 als Faltbox „System Wichmann“ ®: Brandabschottung von Kabeldurchführungen zum Falten und zum Einschäumen in Wänden. Feuerbeständige Abschottungen von Kabeldurchführungen in Wänden nach DIN 4102 S90 bzw. S30. Bestehend aus einem verzinkten Stahlblechgehäuse, ausgekleidet mit im Brandfall aufschäumendem Brandschutzmittel. Die Brandabschottung muss funktionell von der Kaltrauchabdichtung getrennt sein und unabhängig von der Abdichtung funktionieren. Die Funktionsfähigkeit darf bei Nachrüstungsarbeiten nicht unterbrochen sein. Die Kabelabschottung ist als fertiges Bauelement zu liefern und in einer umlaufend max. 20 mm größeren Öffnung vollständig mit EasyFoam - Brandschutzmontageschaum einzuschäumen. Die Montage erfolgt gemäß der beiliegenden Montageanleitung. Kaltrauchabdichtung mit stirnseitigen EasyFoam – Schaumstopfen. Diese werden grob zugeschnitten und in die Restöffnungen eingesetzt. Verbleibende Öffnungen sind mit einem dauerelastischen Dichtstoff (z.B. Silikon, Acryl, ...) oder EasyFoam – Brandschutzmontageschaum kaltrauchdicht zu verschließen. Zugelassen vom DIBt Berlin unter der Nummer Z-19.15-1022. Die Abschottung wird inkl. Montageanleitung, Schaumstopfen, Abstandswinkel und Güteschild geliefert. Einbau nach ABG Z-19.53-2444. Für den Einbau ist keine Verarbeiter-Zertifizierung notwendig. Folgende Anforderungen sind an die Kabelabschottungen zu stellen: Feuerwiderstandsklasse S90 bzw. S30 nach DIN 4102. Die einfache und absolut staubfreie Nachrüstung und Instandhaltung müssen auch ohne zulassungsgebundene Spezialbaustoffe oder spezielle Verarbeiter-Zulassungen oder Schulungen jederzeit möglich sein. Im Hinblick auf wirtschaftliche und brandschutztechnische Nachhaltigkeit darf das angebotene Schottsystem kein Kombischott sein. Zugelassen für Kabel aller Art bis 20 mm Kabeldurchmesser. Zugelassen für Leerrohre mit und ohne Kabelbelegung bis zu einem Durchmesser von 35 mm sowie Leerrohrbündel. Die Kabeldurchmesser dürfen auch in Leerrohren nicht zusätzlich begrenzt sein. Der Innenraum der Abschottung ist zu 100 % mit Kabeln und / oder Leerrohren belegbar; die Abschottung darf nicht überbelegbar sein. Bei vollständiger Belegung darf der Kabeldurchmesser nicht zusätzlich eingeschränkt sein. Keine Abstandsvorschriften zwischen Kabeln oder Leerrohren. Einbau, Abdichtung und Instandhaltung müssen auch von nur einer Schottseite möglich und zugelassen sein. Die verwendeten Materialien müssen geruchsneutral sein. Alle verwendeten Materialien müssen recyclebar sein. Im Brandfall dürfen durch die Abschottung keine zusätzlichen toxischen Gase entstehen. Gleichwertige Systeme sind zugelassen; die Gleichwertigkeit muss in allen angegebenen Punkten gewährleistet sein und darf sich nicht nur auf die Feuerwiderstandsdauer beziehen; Manschetten, Mineralfaser-, Mörtel- oder Schaum- bzw. Schaumsteinschotts werden nicht als gleichwertig anerkannt.
